Our Story
W.I.N.N.E.R.S. (Women and Men in Neighborhoods Networking Effectively Redeeming Souls) provides community service such as scholarships to underprivileged youth; tuition subsidies for students in need, food, toys, and everyday essential items to families and kids in need on a daily basis and during the holidays.
W.I.N.N.E.R.S. operates on the belief that every child deserves the opportunity to achieve their dreams of higher education, regardless of their financial circumstances.
Based in West Palm Beach, Florida, we are an organization demonstrating the heart of God with a commitment to making a tangible difference in the lives of young individuals and families in our community. Our innovative approach combines the glamour of fashion with the profound impact of education, creating memorable events that fund bright futures.
Our Founder
Dr. Brenda Ray
For nearly three decades, Dr. Brenda Ray has faithfully served as Co-Pastor of Redemptive Life Palm Beach, impacting countless lives through preaching, teaching, outreach, and community service. A visionary leader and compassionate servant, she has directed numerous social service and entrepreneurial initiatives throughout South Florida.
Under her leadership, His Daily Bread Food Pantry serves more than 2,000 families each month, reflecting her passion for practical ministry and helping those in need. Her miraculous healing from cervical cancer has also become a powerful testimony of faith and hope, which she shares nationally and internationally.
A woman of creativity and excellence, Dr. Ray founded W.I.N.N.E.R.S. (Women and Men in Neighborhoods Networking Effectively Redeeming Souls). W.I.N.N.E.R.S., is a movement that celebrates excellence, confidence, creativity, and artistry within the fashion industry. Combining her lifelong passion for fashion with her commitment to empowering others.
She is the author of seven books, holds an Honorary Doctor of Divinity Degree from Truth Bible College and Seminary, and was named by Legacy Magazine among South Florida’s 25 Most Powerful Black Professionals.
Dr. Ray is the proud mother of two and grandmother of seven. Her life continues to reflect unwavering faith, leadership, grace, and a heart devoted to serving God and her community.
